However, with the rapid development of the industry, the problems such as mining disorder, overcapacity, low industrial concentration and unreasonable structure are becoming more and more prominent.

Take magnesia refractory industry province Liaoning as an example, there are nearly 100 hundred magnesite mining enterprises, most of which are small mining enterprises.

Insiders say that the irrational mining of small mining enterprises has led to the destruction of the ecological environment, resulting in serious dust pollution. At the same time, the mineral powder is piled up to form an ecological hidden danger. With the high grade magnesite mining, the low grade ore and the produced mineral powder have not been used reasonably, resulting in the waste of resources, and the safety accidents are easy to occur in the mining of the mine. At the same time, a large amount of dust also threatens the physical and mental health of the miners.

The meeting proposed that the management of the command plan for the production of fireclay will be strengthened in the future, and the management system for the whole process of coverage planning and supervision and inspection will be established, and the coordination of the commanding plan production and the upstream mining, downstream processing and trade links will be strengthened.
