Hai Mei General Plant held a conference on Party members and cadres to fight corruption and build a clean government

Washington: at 10 a.m. on September 5th, the conference on Party members' Cadres' anti-corruption education in the Shanghai magnesium general plant was held in the conference room on the West first floor. Zhao Haikuan, deputy secretary, deputy director of the Party group of Anshan SASAC, general manager of the Municipal State and capital company, Zhao Hongyu, deputy general manager of Anshan state capital company and director Zhang Yongliang of Anshan state capital company, Wang Ping, director of the anti corruption Bureau of Haicheng municipal procuratorate, and chief director of the office of the Haicheng municipal procuratorate, Jiang Xue Dong and Haicheng municipal procuratorate Wei Ying, director of the procuratorate of Haicheng Procuratorate, Ge Zhong Wei, Liu Zhenyue, Wang Mengyan, Wang Jiasheng, Li Hongmin and Zhang Rongchang attended the meeting. Cai Xin, the party secretary of the general plant, delivered an important speech at the meeting. Liu Fushun, deputy party secretary of the general plant and chairman of the trade union, chaired the meeting. More than 200 party members and cadres of the factory attended the education conference.

At the meeting, Wang Ping, director of the anti corruption Bureau of the Haicheng municipal procuratorate, gave the party members and cadres at the meeting a report on the anti-corruption education of "doing law-abiding workers as the owner of the enterprise". Secretary Wang Ping emphasized that law is regulation, which is large enough for the state and small to individual. As employees of enterprises, we must establish the concept of "enterprise thriving and I am honourable, I am the master of sea magnesium". Only in this way can we take the interests of the enterprise everywhere. Director Wang Ping also used the case that happened to us, and gave the party members and cadres a detailed, clear and pertinent anti corruption education class. He pointed out that party members and cadres should truly realize the truth of "one failure to become an eternal hatred", and we must try to prevent them from getting worse.

In his last speech, Cai Xin, the Secretary of the Party committee, pointed out that the education report of director Wang Ping was strong and detailed. It was of great significance to guide the work of anti-corruption and clean government at the next step of the MgO plant and strengthen the management of the enterprise. The MgO general plant and the Haicheng municipal procuratorate are the building units of the enterprises and enterprises. For many years, we have given a lot of help to the strengthening management of the general plant of the sea and magnesium, guiding the bidding and purchasing of the bulk raw materials and purifying the operating environment of the enterprises.

Cai Xin stressed that we should take this anti corruption education conference as an opportunity, with the spirit of general secretary Hu Jintao's speech at the seventeen six meeting of the CPC Central Discipline Commission and the Secretary of the Anshan municipal Party committee, comrade Gu Chunli at the municipal discipline inspection conference, to unremittingly carry out the work of anti-corruption and clean government. The leaders of the Haicheng municipal procuratorate put forward hopes and requirements for the anti-corruption work of the MgO General Factory, and have listed many cases with warning functions. We have benefited a lot and were deeply educated. We must be deeply understood and engraved on them. After the meeting, the General Assembly should be convened in conjunction with the actual situation of the unit, seriously conveying the spirit of this education conference and implementing it in concrete actions. As long as we set up a scientific mechanism to prevent corruption, we should start from the source, focus, implement and punish, and strictly control the internal control system.
