1. Summary of construction projects

This project is an open-pit mining project of magnesite in Haicheng magnesium mine refractory plant.

Haicheng magnesium mine is located in Pai Lou Town, Southeast of Haicheng City, Liaoning province. It is a large open pit mine being built, and it was built in 1975. Due to many years of mining, the stope is short and narrow, resulting in a larger passive situation for normal mining operations and transportation. Therefore, the Haicheng magnesium mine decided to redesign the mine. The design of the mine was 1 million 500 thousand t/a, which made full use of existing equipment and existing production facilities, adopted practical technical measures, balanced production stripping ratio, saved investment and improved the economic benefit of mine. The investment of the project is about 88 million yuan.

Main construction content

The transportation system of ore and rock in Haicheng magnesium mine still adopts highway transportation mode.

The Zhangjia ditch dump is the main dump of the mine. The current stripping rock in the stope is all transported to the No. 3 dump by car. In design consideration, after the No. 3 dump is filled, the upper part of the dump will continue to be discharged and the volume can meet the requirements of dumping. After the relocation of the residents, the nearest distance from the residential area to the residential area is more than 500m, which is in accordance with the relevant regulations of the standard for the pollution control of the general industrial solid waste storage yard and the disposal site.

Two, the impact of construction projects on the environment and major pollution control measures

Mine production technology is mainly composed of perforation, charging, blasting, mining, transportation and other processes. Its environmental impact and major pollution control measures are as follows:

Exhaust gas and treatment measures

The air pollutants discharged by this project mainly come from drilling, blasting, reverse loading of ore and road dust from vehicles when ore is transported. This project mainly adopted the control measures of wet rock drilling and spray sprinkler and dust suppression in dust producing point. These measures are important measures for Comprehensive Dustproof in mine mining, both technically and economically.

Waste water and treatment measures

According to the topographic and geological conditions of the mine, combined with the present situation of mining, the open pit adopts the way of moving pumping station to drain and set up the 5000 m3 reservoir, and the water in the reservoir is first used as the water and dust water source in the non rainy season mining area.

Noise, solid waste and treatment measures

The noise generated by drilling, perforation and transportation will gradually enter into the cave, and the noise generated by the process of perforation, excavating, shovel and transportation will be reduced by the natural attenuation of mountain rock block and air and distance.

The solid waste of the project - mining waste rock is sent to the Zhangjia ditch dump. When the Zhangjia gully soil field is full, the top of the Zhangjia gully soil field continues to be increased and abandoned, which can satisfy the requirement of waste stone dumping. After the mine service is expired, land consolidation works should be taken in time to smooth the site, plant trees and grow grass, and restore vegetation.
